paalers (PAH-lers)

Rolling balls of black fur from the northern parts of Laas (mainly around the Bay of Liifi.
About the size of a black bear, they cannot be ridden or harnessed due to their rolling motion, but they have been known to be ranched for their fur. This is not common however, as they have tempers, and can sometimes be sporadic.
