Valley of the Boulders

Valley of the Boulders - A valley between the forest that separates the mesas and the mountains on the northeast side. It is littered with huge, jagged boulders.
The Borêava believe the valley to be protected against the gods of darkness. It is said that in ancient times there was a huge flock of birds that guarded the valley. Once, the gods of darkness wanted to use the valley as a shortcut but the birds wouldn't let them. So the gods shot down every bird down from the sky using darts. But the birds were noble, and In a last ditch effort to protect the valley, they turned themselves into jagged boulders as they fell so when they landed, it would be still be impossible for the gods to cross the valley.
