Boggle

Boggles are a small race of Fey creatures who love to spread misery and fear. They particularly delight in intimidating and frightening children, but never directly. They make sounds under the bed, cause closet doors to creak open, make dolls move when you're not looking, and otherwise foster a creepy and unhappy atmosphere. As a defense mechanism, they excrete an incredibly slippery oil which can make them hard to get ahold of. They are bullies, but, much like most bullies, they are also cowards.
