Brauch

 

Brauch is a dense brown bread made by Dwarves in Kurdenheim. It’s thick and sweetened with molasses, then given body and tartness by pungent Brownberries. It’s traditionally baked in cylindrical pans, then decanted, sliced thickly, and served with butter or goat’s cheese.
