Darkfolk

The Darkfolk are a strange race of humanoids that have appear to have originated in the Shadowfell. It’s believed that they are native to the plane, but they’ve retreated into deeper darkness since the rise of the Shadar-kai. They don’t generally interact socially with other races. They will come to larger settlements in the Shadowfell on rare occasions to trade. Otherwise, they’re only known by their schemes and viciousness.
