Dispater

Dispater is an Arch-Devil and one of the the Dukes of Hell. He is called the Lord of the Second Dark and the Iron Duke. He rules Dis, a massive city on the second layer of Hell, a region known for the mining of Infernal Iron. He is often thought of as the Armorer of Hell. He considers all of the Blood War  as well the machinations of the various Dukes to be a massive, strategic game, and it is one at which he excels and intends to win. He is, however, extremely paranoid, and he spends most of his time encased in a head to toe suit of armor fashioned of Infernal Iron.
