Dustmen

The Dustmen are a group of professional assassins currently operating in Valafar. Little is known about them, except that they number several Yuan-Ti among them. They are in a territorial rivalry with the Harbor Rats who feel that they control crime in the areas that the Dustmen are trying to move into.
