Elias Alastai

Elias Alastai is one of the siblings known as the Sea Lords. Together he and his sister Siobhan Alastai rule the seas of the Feywild. He is an Arch-Fey and one of the Court of Stars. He is known as the Lord of the Shoals, and he rules rivers, lakes, harbors, and shallow waters.
