Fire Wasp

Fire wasps are small, relatively harmless Insects. They bioluminesce in a fashion similar to fireflies, but in a brighter and more orange coloration. Because they are relatively easy to keep in captivity and live a long time on a diet of sugar-water, many places catch and keep them for artificial lighting that won’t accidentally cause a fire.
