Kajurhai

Kajurhai is a sweetmeat dish popular throughout Velnar although it originated in the kingdom of Chadramauthry. It consists of dates soaked in a rosewater syrup, stuffed with chopped nuts, and rolled in sugar. It's common for hosts to offer kajurhai to their guests as a treat in the evening.
