Locathah

Locathah are a race of icthyic creatures that live in the deep waters of Tol. They are neither particularly friendly or unfriendly to surface-dwellers, but they are curious about dry-landers, and they will often surface in order to trade the treasures of the deep. Despite dark legends about Dagon, the locathah consider sunken vessels to be fair game, and they will plunder them when they find them. They are not particularly aggressive, however, preferring to fight only in defense.
