Samraat

Samraat is the title given to the ruling nobles of several countries in Velnar such as the the realms of Jantara and Vybhunai. The Samraat invests power in a number of Rajas who administer the lands in the Samraat’s name. The title is given equally to men and women, with no gender implied by the name.
