Thom Ketteran

Thom Ketteran is a Summerling resident of the town of Seowyn's Crossing. He is the town miller, and his family have run the mill that he owns for many generations. Like many town millers, he is not well-liked by the other townspeople. Despite their concerns, he is relatively honest, and he only cheats a little when the Shire Reeve leans on him heavily. He has a prodigiously large belly, and he is balding on top. He has a taste for fine clothing, and this is one of the only vices he allows himself. As a result, the townsfolk think he cheats them more than he does.
