Yan-C-Bin

Yan-C-Bin is the Prince of Evil Elemental Air. Unlike many of his fellow Primordials, he has two forms – one seeming much like a Genasi for the most part and another a monstrous humanoid made of wind and cloud. Like his fellow Princes of Elemental Evil, he was serving the will of the Elder Elemental Eye. Unlike the others, however, there is some evidence that suggests that he was aware that his master was actually the Chained Oblivion, Tharizdun.
