Tol is a world that has been left scarred by the Sundering, an ancient calamity fought by gods, titans, and foul things that were driven back to where the shadows lie.
Even now, fearsome beasts, terrifying creatures, and undead monstrosities animated by foul magics lurk at the edges of civilization.
Millennia later, upon the Eresian Coast, the region has enjoyed an age of peace and prosperity under the Concordance, an alliance of the five nations of the area.
People are prideful of their nation. Wishing for expansion, increased wealth, and in the case of the youth, the opportunity for glory in battle, the chance to become immortalized through the songs and tales bards tell.
Inspired by Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones as well as classic D&D settings like Forgotten Realms.
