Dal's Blessing

After Ivo is created, Dal'Ttagi imprints his blessing in random souls, some minor others major, blessing them to be inborn leaders. The greater the imprint the more heroically or villanously destined the soul will live. All leaders born understand they were destined to succeed with Dal'Ttagi's influence.
