Envoys

The Envoys were created by Ark and their job is to spread the knowledge of technology and allow it to flourish. However, they are known to give imperfect knowledge, causing the people they teach to discover the finishing touches of each piece of technology on their own.
The Envoys claim to be the first sentient creatures. They have no record of the creation of Dragons and have trouble processing information about them.
During the Age of Respite, the Envoys lead the people that they have taught in building a new city. This city would use technology and intelligent engineering as its foundation. The city was named by Envoy-01 as Habitat-01.
