Gloria's inspiration was taken from Neb-Neter-U. With the days being dark, and magic overwhelmingly piercing the realms, Gloria and her Sol, Tolaris' Sun, were made. She is an actively benevolent goddess of the stars, light, Self-Improvement, vitality, and strength; both spiritual and physical. To them the real magic is the enduring spirit and power of one's body and soul. Beacons to brighten the world and deliver grace upon an otherwise grim existence. That mystical workings are superfluous when so much good can be done through purely physical or divine means. Even so, it is reported among scholars and clergy that she holds a great affection for Neb-Neter-U.
