Underground Civilization

During the Romance of the Seven Kingdoms, this civilization attempted to create new gods in their own image. The process worked but not as planned and resulted in their entire civilization being reduced to ashen husks where they once stood; leaving their cities to rot deep within Tolaris. In their place 11 gods rose. This is the Modern Pantheon.
