De Lau

Overview
A vast underground organization in the High Seas Archipelago fighting for the independency of the Genasi and trying to fend off more and more continent races coming to take resources and profiting off them at the Genasi's expense. 
Goals
To achieve complete independence of The Continents races. While it varies on how independent depending on who you ask, the overarching goal of the De Lau is for Genasi to be able to have control over the resources of the Archipelago.
They are also typically anti-immigration and very nationalist about it. They see most immigrants from The Continent to be there to steal their lands and in the Earth Genasi's view, their jobs and livelihoods. 
Who are they?
They are mostly the poor and middle class of the Genasi kingdoms, along with being the ones with the most to lose such as the miners in Gaken. Among the Earth Genasi specifically they have quite a few very wealthy sponsors however. 
Leaders and Command Structure
The De Lau is a pretty tight knit and closed organization and not much is known about their leadership or command structure.
Operations
While they do have a few wealthy sponsors, they typically rely on more.. devious means to accomplish their goals. This includes anything from blackmail, corruption, and even assassination's to reach their goals.
