Oron'Hye

Summary

Oron'Hye was the first stable Sethiri state, having far less unrest due to it's low population size and harsh environment. The small populace simply couldn't afford a civil war, and thanks to their shared year-round focus on survival the populace quickly banded together when the Tiorathan empire fell. Even now the population is small, most choosing to move to warmer climates. However many consider Oron'Hye a paradise in it's own right, and the nation draws isolationists and survivalists looking to test their skills above anywhere else in Tor'Saarn.

Geography

Oron'Hye is surrounded by frozen seas and dominated by an extremely hardy race of pines native only to Oron'Hye and Tierdun. Their is a small cluster of mountains to the south, where it is believed that the Godcaster Olrad makes his home.

History

Oron'Hye was the first of the Sethiri states to achieve stable sovereignty after the Sethiri conflicts broke out early in the second age, and it's northern borders were the sight of many violent skirmishes with Tiorathan loyalists.
