Archbishop, Your Grace Reginald None Hastings (a.k.a. Known as Reggie only to his family)
Archbishop Reginald Hastings is the Archbishop of the Church of Deus in the Kingdom of Rocborough. He is the ultimate authority in his region for the Church when it comes to religious doctrine, practices, and ceremonies. Not even the king has the authority to overrule his religious decision. He is also a rather nice man to people he likes, and treats almost everyone with kindness and compassion. The only person he doesn't like is Jared Calaghera, recently crowned king of Rocborough. The two have been known to butt heads on more than one occasion and for the smallest of reasons. They tend to do things just to annoy each other.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Reginald is generally fit, but only because of a life of healthy eating and walking. He's 59, so he's started to develop arthritis in his fingers.
Facial Features
Reginald has a square jaw covered by a close-trimmed red beard, a straight, thin nose with a smattering of freckles, and wide-set, hazel eyes. His hair and eyebrows are as red as his beard. His hair and beard are starting to go grey at the edges.

His dark red hair and priestly robes make his easily identifiable from a distance, and his booming bass voice makes him recognizable without even having to see him

He has a very loud voice, which is a benefit when he needs to address a large congregation.

Personal history
Reginald was born to a wealthy family in the Kingdom of Rocborough. As such, he went to the most prestigious schools in the world. As he traveled the world and gained knowledge, he also saw the plight of the poor and wanted to do something about it. So at the age of 20 years old, he joined the ranks of the clergy of the Church of the Pantheon. He worked his way up through the ranks and eventually achieved the title of Archbishop and was assigned to lead the Church of Deus in his home kingdom of Rocborough. He has led the church in his region faithfully for many years. The only real problem he had was his immediate dislike for then-Crown Prince Jared Calaghera. The two of them were at odds from the moment they met, and it only got worse from there. Hist confrontations with Jared resulted in him developing a rather crotchety personality, even though he still performs his duties well and still cares underneath all the bluster. Things eventually came to a head when the now-King Jared's son, Crown Prince Anthony, came to Reginald and asked to be immediately married to a peasant girl, Hannah Miller. Reginald absolutely adored the idea of sticking it to Jared and married the two on the spot. Suffice it to say, Jared was not happy when he heard the news.

Reginald was educated in reading, writing math, world history, politics, and religion.
Employment
While he does work as the Archbishop of the church of Deus, he doesn't get paid for it, at least monetarily. The church is funded by donations and sacrifices from the faithful. Not to mention, Reginald is from a wealthy family, and has enough money that he wouldn't need to work anyway. In order to achieve the rank of Archbishop, he joined the Church of the Pantheon at 20 years old and worked his way up from the bottom. He was granted the rank of Archbishop at the age of 45.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Reginald achieved excellent grades at all the schools he attended, and achieved the rank of Archbishop.

His most embarrassing failures tend to come from his public and private squabbles with Jared Calaghera, due to his short temper when it comes to the one person he can't stand.
