Adamantine

A metal harder than any other known nonmagical material, and only found In dwarven mines. It is hard to get your hands on it but make for incredible armor, shield, and weapon that can withstand the strongest hit and go through the best of magical protection.

Uses

Adamantine make for incredibly strong shields and armors as it is reputed to be unbreakable. Similarly weapon made of adamantine are said to pierce any protection.

History

In 434 AD, as the dwarven minor dug deep beneath their mountains, they discovered monsters that no one wanted to know about, and put their armies to good use, but this was not in vain, as they discovered, much later in 434 AD, the adamantine. This fabulous metal was impenetrable to arrows and other projectiles.
