Billy O'Sullivan is a pirate and the second-in-command of the Opium.

Physical features

Billy is a middle-aged man who is strongly buil; on his back he wears a heavy chest, and his right hand is replaced by a large silver hook. Like most of his fellow crew he is armed with a cutlass that he wears at his hip.

Mental traits

Billy is utterly loyal to his captain and takes a severe, no-nonsense attitude towards the anyone who's not part of the crew. He is an intense and devout follower of Tromokrqtis and truly believes Yrial Maranoss to be the Great Leviathan's chosen. He is considered Mqrjqni Flintwill's right-hand man.[3]
