Court of War

The Court of War is an assembly of battle-hardened soldiers from the ancient and long-lived races of the Feywild, who, due to the deep trauma they experienced during past conflicts, have discovered that they can only find solace and a sense of normalcy through combat. They engage in the reenactment of historical battles as a form of entertainment for monarchs and as part of festive celebrations.
Those forging connections with the knights of this "court" can uncover the poignant tales of tragedy that lie behind their warrior façades.

Goals

The primary objective of the Court of War is to find respite from their traumatic past by immersing themselves in combat, reenacting old battles as a means of entertainment and catharsis, while also sharing their tragic stories with others.
