Jaden Kor Deer, The Beastlord, is the god of the hunt, of fair hunting games, and of lycanthropes. The god enjoys the thrill of the hunt only if the prey has a chance to escape, has little as it is, and will not tolerate hunting games where a prey stands no chance.
Worshipped since the dawn of humanity, it is impossible to trace the history of the god, as not much is known about him. Living in his own plane, he offers those who wish a place for an eternal hunt after their death.
The god is also extremely lawful, obeying his personal god very strictly. No matter the circumstances or the reason, a hunt should always leave a chance for the prey to run, as it is part of the thrill of the hunt to potentially lose. It is also the reason why the god love humans, their ever-changing nature, their unpredictable choices, hunting alongside the humans or hunting the humans themselves is one of the god's preferred hunting games.
Those who wronged the god of the hunt may awaken one day in his domain, the god offering them a chance to play his game. In his endless hunting ground, six shards, tokens of his power are hidden, if the pray manages to get all 6 of them before the god hunts him down, he will be brought back to where he belongs and graced with the power of the god.
This trial, well known among Jaden Kor Deer followers is almost impossible to succeed, despite the potential opportunity to leave, the god's hunting skills are beyond the scope of mortals.
Lycanthrope
It is believed this hunting game of the god is the origin of lycanthropy. The curse later spreading by other means. A human who wronged him, called Hircine, had to face the trial. Cunning and showing incredible feat of ingenuity, hircine managed to escape the god of the hunt and to recover all six tokens of his power. Brought back to Toriel, Hircine realized he was known blessed with new power, the ability to turn into the beast he was once hunting.Characteristics

Jaden Kor Deer is the god of the hunt, here since the dawn of humanity, many have worshiped him along the years, a hunter with its bow pulled, ready to unleash a deadly arrow may whisper a prayer to the god before shooting. A lycanthrope discovering his newfound ability may pray the god grateful for the power he was graced with. And shifters believe themself to be the heir of the god himself. Jaden Kor Deer do not have a church or immense temple, but small monuments such as shelters in the woods, or stone mausoleum where candle shine in front of his name are enough for the god of the hunt.
