Kelpheart is a large mermaid settlement in the Mermaid path nearing the Diver's Grave. The Sea Fury, residing in the Diver's Grave, remains a constant threat to Kelpheart. Her wrath can unleash destructive storms and perilous currents that endanger the city.

Kelpheart is an enchanting underwater city nestled within the heart of a vast kelp forest, known as the Mermaid Path by surface-dwellers. The city extends from the ocean floor up through the towering kelp canopies, where mermaids gracefully navigate the swaying fronds. Though once a sprawling settlement that encompassed a large coral reef, the city's territory has receded due to the encroachment of the Sea Fury and the subsequent sedentation of merrow around her lair, known ominously as the Diver's Grave.Description
Kelpheart is a place of unparalleled beauty and mystical charm. Buildings are constructed using organic materials found within the kelp forest, expertly woven into elegant structures. Gems and bioluminescent flora and fauna cast light through the city. The underwater garden that surrounds Kelpheart is a mesmerizing, filled with vibrant corals, shimmering fish, and exotic aquatic life. A large marketplace, open two or three times a week, is the hub of trade in Kelpheart. Here, mermaids exchange goods, including the treasures of the ocean, rare sea gems, and magical artifacts. The marketplace serves as a meeting point for Merfolk from various backgrounds, fostering cultural exchange. On the city's outskirt, a large castle stand at the bottom of the sea, it serve as the local inn, the Drunken Treasure. King Triton and Queen Athena oversee the city from their palace.Society

The city's inhabitants are skilled in underwater combat, and they can swiftly navigate the labyrinthine kelp canopies to evade threats.
