Characteristics

Physical features

The figure swirls a hand over an inky black orb that he clutches tightly. Wisps of shadow surround it as he murmurs sibilant syllables, but upon noticing you he drops the arcane focus into an oversized pouch hanging from the wide bronze belt cinching his purple robes. With his right hand he draws back his hood to reveal the dusky features and stringy silver-white hair of a dark elf. As he turns to face you, a black owl swoops down in perfect silence and settles on his broad shoulders. You conceal your shock at the owl’s three-eyed face, but the elf cracks a thin smile, indicating that perhaps your shock was detected, nonetheless.

Mental traits

Nymaston does not get along well with anyone other than his brother and people who are helping him with his interests. He has difficulty trusting people and feels that relationships are an excessive risk.
Nymaston is quite charming and hardworking; however, he is elusive. He isn't fond of interacting with strangers or giving away information unless he respects the individual or needs them for something. He is arrogant in his abilities.

History

Nymaston is a noble among the Dur Anor Monarchy, and despite his young age, is already recognized as an expert practitioner of the arcane, his research on Chronomancy and Graviturgy Magic know all over the monarchy.
Nymaston claims that he believes the worst thing he's ever done is anger his father to the point where he went unprepared in an expedition to the Night Island volcano and never returned. He believed that his father wasn’t a great man and had little aspirations.
