Starbloom

The Starbloom is a celestial marvel, a flower that blooms only under the gentle gaze of the night sky. Its delicate petals shimmer with a celestial glow, imbued with the Magic of the Ethereal Plane. This ethereal plant can be found in place where the ethereal plane and the prime material plane are intertwined.   To unlock the mystical properties of the Starbloom, its essence must undergo a meticulous process. Under the radiance of starlight, the flower is carefully plucked, and its petals are separated from the stem. These petals, infused with the essence of the night sky, are then distilled in a vessel designed to capture and preserve the otherworldly magic they possess.   For a period of eight hours, the liquid from the Starbloom is left untouched, allowing it to absorb the residual energy of the stars. The gentle twinkling of constellations above infuses the liquid with a luminescent radiance, transforming it into a potent elixir.   Once the distillation process is complete, the resulting liquid takes on a faint celestial glow, mirroring the brilliance of the stars. It possesses the power to manifest the effects of the faerie fire spell. When the liquid is splashed over a designated area in a 20-foot cube, the space is engulfed in a dazzling display of sparkling lights.   Unlike the traditional faerie fire spell, the effects of the Starbloom's elixir do not require concentration. The radiant magic lingers for a full minute, providing ample time to exploit the advantage it grants.   The rarity and enchanting nature of the Starbloom make it a highly coveted botanical treasure. Those who seek to unravel the secrets of the night and harness the power of celestial magic are drawn to this elusive plant.
