The smell of sweet wood fills a grove of strange trees gnarled with purple-orange bark resembling a vibrant sunset. A sign in white lettering on a similarly colored plank reads: "Welcome to Wholu Village". Ahead, nestled in the roots of the trees, is a small community of wooden homes. Hedgehogs, almost all with paws stained the vibrant sunset hue, move with purpose, but the sound of movement in the ground hints at a larger community below.
Description
Wholu is a peaceful village located between the base of the
Sleeping Giant and the
Color Forest. It is a humble village, with a small number of residents. Most are farmers who work the pastures or harvest the sour berries and waterborne plants. Wholu has been quiet for as long as anyone can remember, and life here goes by slowly.
