Wolfsbane

Wolfsbane, also known as "queen of poisons" or "monk's hood", is a plant that grows in the moisture-retentive but well-draining soils of mountain meadows. Extremely poisonous, it must be handled very carefully. It is used in potions and alchemic brews, particularly to create purple dye and oil and potions against lycanthrope. Additionally, it is also used to create the antidote for lycanthropy.

Mechanically

A creature that eats wolfsbane must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 poison damage. Lycanthrope make this save at disadvantage.
