Emissary

Emissaries of The Raven Queen are chosen directly by The Raven Queen herself and her reasons are hers alone.
She will find these souls when they die and she deems them not ready for death and worthy of service.
Emissaries receive eternal life and a permanent home in The Fortress of Memories in the Shadowfell. In return they are the army. They can be anwhere, and she sends them everywhere Reading the weave provides the MIB like "assignments" where emissaries are sent out into the field.

Qualifications

Be spared from the after life by the Raven Queen. Must pledge to serve her and do her bidding without question. Any alignment. Any class. Any race.

Requirements

Must die. Must opposed undeath.

Appointment

Selected by the Raven Queen.

Duties

Emissaries do anything the Raven Queen asks in exchange she gives them power, life, and sometimes other deals.
Return souls of those who cheat death.
