A nearly empty tavern on Net Street, run by male human drunkard Utarrek, which keeps late hours (closing around 3am or whenever the last regular wakes up from their drunken stupor and stumbles out), it rarely has guests of any kind other than the handful of regulars which keep the business afloat, despite this it has prime real estate near the highly trafficked well lit entry to the harbor.
