The Night Market

Mysterious black market inside Neverwinter(settlement:52c0ad3c-c5f9-446c-9ed7-91ec3c99d35d)s @[Beggar’s Nest district.
The Night Market is a shifting nightly bazaar the entrance to which moves around the Nest to avoid guards, even tho it is a fairly well known and open secret. The city guard is obviously in the pocket of The Family here and would never dare to bust the market (in fact some are regulars and one even has a booth!).
One large main room, an enormous cavern, lit by torchlight and magical means. Booths and stalls operated by all sorts of creatures and people buying and selling anything and everything

• Forgery (paperwork and signet rings etc)

• people who know who to bribe and how to make the city watch be somewhere else on a particular night, or to stop putting up pesky wanted posters.

Special Properties

A fountain in the center of the room has been built up over a natural bubbling hot spring. Ringing the fountain, a makeshift bathhouse.
Water rushes up from deep within the earth bubbling out the top, then down aqueducts, into a handful of wooden coopered tubs. Each tub is large enough for 5 medium-sized creatures. The entirety of the bathhouse is surrounded by heavy ornate curtains.

Environmental Effects

The cavern is warm and humid. The stale air masked with the smells of incense and exotic spices.
