Thurible of Scrutiny

This skull thurible (incense burner) gives the user truesight out to 500 feet and can cast scrying as a ritual (10 min) once per day recharging at midnight.

The skull belonged to the first emissary of The Raven Queen who gave her life to protect to location of her queen when captured by Orcus. Her soul is held captive by Orcus, but her last act was to protect the whereabouts of the Raven Queen. This act of selflessness cemented all her power into her remains granting the attuned user (loyal to the Raven Queen) great power when lit.
