Journey to another realm

While my exam on Otyugh did not go perfectly, I am happy with my results and all that I have learned along the way. I have discovered this year that I am not proficient in taking tests, but I still feel as though I am learning enough about the world outside of Ravnica to fulfill my promises to Trostani.   We went on a trip to another realm that had a giant store called Fantasy Costco. It was unlike anything I'd ever seen, but I was very hesitant to trust the owner of the establishment. I got a beautiful shield and my companions got many other unique trinkets to help us along the way. I think we are better prepared to gather components in the swamp for Professor Lang, which I look forward to doing soon.

Strengthening my connections

I have been spending so much time meditating, working, studying, and practicing my water dancing that I haven't had the time to catch up with my herd lately. It was wonderful to hear how everyone has been spending their time, and to share my new connection to the Oath of the Ancients. I can now speak to animals and even conjure the wrath of nature itself to take down those who would oppose it. I hope to one day take my new herd to Ravnica to meet my familial herd and Trostani themselves.

Light can be found even in my uncertainty

My roommates decided to go back to the manor, but I just could not do it. Letting them go into danger without my help hurts me deeply, but I cannot risk my enrollment in this school. Trostani themselves gave me the task to learn as much as I could here to help our herd, and all in the Conclave, bring harmony through knowledge, and I must live up to that promise. I spent the day with my new friend Larine. We swam at the pool, going over some of our new dance moves, and then had tea at the café afterwards to warm up. Her presence a delight, and the music of the dance fills my soul with joy. The light is preserved, even as I worry for my friends. I pray for their safe return.
