Benevolent ruler of Tel'Nasarith. Born into royalty, Raja Kazim has used his power to ensure his city is prosperous and safe for all of his subjects. With his considerable wealth, he has paid for elite training of all of his guardsman, as well as ensuring that any family members of his guardsman are entirely taken care of. Due to this generosity, his guardsmen are intensely loyal.
The Raja has an opulent palace in Tel'Nasarith that, while generally off-limits to the public, he uses to host several parties a year for the wealthy and elite members of society. During his last party, his exhibit hall was broken into and one of his priceless gems was stolen. The details of the robbery are still unclear at this time, but there are rumors that one of his guards was magically charmed into stealing it for some unknown mastermind.
