Exhaustion

Each level of exhaustion delivers an additional -1 penalty to D20 checks all the way up to 10 possible levels of exhaustion. Going down to 0 hitpoints will deliver a level of exhaustion.

A short rest will remove 1 level of exhaustion.
A long rest will remove 2 levels of exhaustion.
