Portia Kettlewhistle

Portia was a halfling from a long line of country farmers and cooks. She moved to Waterdeep to further her education in culinary skills, determined to make a living serving Whaterdhavian nobility. She gained a job at a popular tavern run out of an old mansion on Trollskull Alley. Unfortunately, she died there and has been haunting the mansion since.
