Vandore Hallwinter

Vandore is a very charismatic diplomat and an experienced swordsman. Vandore represents the Lord's Alliance and is currently on assignment to smaller towns and villages to explain the Lord's Alliance arrangement. Key principles of his assignment:

• Training and supplementation of town's guard if needed
• Registry of known criminals and issues.
• Registry of Sorcerers
• Registry of Adventurers in the Adventurer's guild.

Son of Sildar Hallwinter.  Originally from Phandalin, Sildar was key to getting Phandalin into the Lord's Alliance.  Vandore followed in his fathers footsteeps, moved to Baldur's Gate and helped expand the Lord's Alliance to all of the Sword Coast.
