Hadozee are a primate who has evolved to not just living in trees, but gliding between them. They have evolved to have natural "wings" that slow their descent and allow them to move through the air in what can only be described as "falling with style."
Their culture is generally one of nomadic tribes, though they are most comfortable in high forests or mountains. They are opportunistic, taking advantage of their climbing and gliding abilities to find places that other creatures are not interested in using, and claiming those for their own. If something happens, they pick up and move to another area that suits them better, always "flying lightly." This is not to say that they are not protective of their space or people; in fact, they are quite capable of defending themselves. In fact, there is more than one instance where someone has been charged with "getting rid of the monkeys" only to find out that not only were many of the monkeys armed, but that some of them could cast fireballs. It's better to say that they just don't hold on too tightly to a specific space when it's time to move on.
And this variety of skills and abilities is a hallmark of the Hadozee. As they have no specific attribute bonuses, they are free to take up whatever occupation suits their nature. Some work with their hands; some work with their minds. Some are introspective and choose to understand their own nature, while others look to understand the world around them. The only common factor is really that Hadozee as a people seem to instinctively fill out the roles that are needed by the tribe, and are flexible in taking on new roles as needed.

Ability: Glide |
When you fall at least 10 feet above the ground, you can use your reaction to stretch out, and glide horizontally a number of feet equal to your walking speed. You take no damage from a fall while using this ability. You descend one foot for every 5' of horizontal movement. This does not work if you are in heavy armor. |
Ability: Dexterous Feet |
As a bonus action, you can use your feet to manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, or pick up or put down a tiny object. |
Ability: Hadozee Resilience |
Through a combination of luck, dexterousness and resilience, Hadozee are able to avoid damage. When a Hadozee takes damage, they may roll a d6 and add their proficiency bonus, and reduce the damage by that amount, to a minimum of zero. They can do this twice before needing to take a long rest. |

Class Considerations
There is no particular class that is better than another for a Hadozee. As described below, some classes will either get extra benefit from, or make better use of, the Hadozee's natural abilities. But there aren't any specifically bad choices, especially given that Hadozee have no default attribute bonuses.
A Hadozee martial character will benefit from the damage resistance, and they will benefit from using strength/dexterity/constitution bonuses. A barbarian or monk, with the increased movement would be an especially interesting choice, as that increases their climbing and gliding speeds as well.
A Hadozee warlock is an interesting choice, because with the "Otherworldly Leap" invocation, they can trigger the glide at any time. This makes use of that ability at will, giving them some interesting situational maneuverability.
Hadozee wizards, sorcerers and others with lower hit dice benefit directly from the damage resistance, and again with putting their starting attribute bonuses into the right place, they can be especially effective in those classes.
As a natural climber, Hadozee rogues would also be a solid choice, and more often would be able to combine their climbing and gliding to good effect.
The only poor choice for a Hadozee would be any class that relies on heavy armor, as that negates the glide ability.
