The Loxodon is a "small" elephantine humanoid, standing only 7 to 8 feet tall and weighing only 300-400 pounds.
Despite their size, Loxodon are generally a passive and thoughtful fantasy race. You can find them as artisans, laborers, leaders, and craftsmen of all sorts. And if you are able to get a Loxodon employee, you are lucky. They are as determined as they are skillful, and will see the most annoying or complex project through to its end. They are also loyal and wise with a strong community view, including those of other fantasy races.
That is not to say that their size and abilities aren't occasionally used in a violent fashion. All Loxodon have a breaking point and those who push past it usually regret the results.

Class Considerations
Their size and carrying capacity do well for martial characters. The wisdom bonus makes priests, and druids solid choices. Their personality specifically fits well with a paladin, as well.
