Francois Damascus
As you approached Francois, he was armed with a crossbow and hand axe as he was helping a few people leave out of Desburg on horses. The crossbow is to keep the wolves and coyotes at bay, so they don't eat the remains of those fallen. The axe is to get through any wreckage as he is working through it. He seems a young, able-bodied man trying to care for his town that has just befallen a tragedy. He seems to be the last person remaining here to help, but he states there are others that travelled with injured civilians that should be back soon. He seems very eager and wide eyed but has a touch of a stutter.
