Creation of the Feywild and Shadowfell

Formed when the ripple in the multiverse cause by chauntea's sacrafice echoed back in the fabric. May well have collapsed if not for intervention .



Corrleon claimed the feywild using his absolute control of magic he infused the echo plane with the weave, anchoring and stabilising the feywild but flooding it with magic. Causing the very fabric of the plane to become intertwined with magic.



The shadowfell on the other hand was very different, it's echo was smaller than the one that created the feywild. Because of this the primoridal of despair escaped to the plane and hoped to hide there from the war with the gods. The presence of a primordial was enough to stabilise the plane but it's presence also warped the plane transforming it into a desolate, inhospital and hopeless place. The primordial was eventually tracked and put to sleep by the gods who left the plane to it's slumbering prisoner. Over the milenia though it has become a haven for lost souls. Hopeless people with nothing to lose, higher undead seeking safety and all manner of foul monsters have made the plane their home.
