Balthorr's Rare and Wondrous Treasures is a store in Waterdeep's Castle Ward that specializes primarily in currency, coins, and various rare trinkets. 

Tourism

Balthorr actually steals most of his trinkets and sells them for a price 40% higher than the original. He also takes on jobs where he and his wife steal certain items that somebody is looking for.
