Personal history
Rath is a Red Wizard of Thay who was exiled to the Sword Coast because of suspicions that she is involved in a plot by the Red Wizards to retake Thay from Szass Tam. She is a key player in the alliance with The Cult of the Dragon and plans that when Tiamat re-enters the world she would forge a Thayan alliance with her.
Because of her exile, she wants to take revenge by taking an army of dragons to Thay and conquering it for herself.
Morality & Philosophy
Rath is deceptive and obfuscating. She has an interest in ancient empires and lost items of power. She plots revenge from his castle on the Sword Coast.
