Vasili von Holtz

Vasili von Holtz is a dashing gentleman whose family has been in Barovia way before Strahd took over. He has been living in the background close to Village of Barovia for years. However, he decides to do his groceries in Town of Vallaki since he cannot stand the depression that Village of Barovia brings with it.
After Town of Vallaki went on lockdown, he was having a drink in the Blue Water Inn. He was watching the Festival of the Blazing Sun and the horror that occurred, he has taken residence in the Blue Water Inn ever since.
He is often accompanied by his Pteropus named Chiro.

On first sight Vasili might seem like a smug bastard, but once you were to talk to him for a bit you seem to have quite a bit in common with this down to earth half-elf. Because of his family, he has quite the bit of knowledge about Castle Ravenloft.
