Winston Wellerman
Wellerman is the owner of Into the Well, an interesting store in Waterdeep. A couple years ago he took over the store from his father, an adventurer that always brought home gifts from far away. At some point they moved their trinkets and other items into this pocket dimension, the well.

In order to get an item out of the well, you need a certain password connected to the pebbles. Unfortunately, Wellerman's dad died before he could share this password. The only thing Wellerman knows is that the large collection of pebbles can be thrown into the well, and an item fitting the price range will reach the surface.
