George Orewell
George Orewell is a stout, grizzled dwarf known throughout the city of Blackstone as the richest and most notorious merchant in the region. He is avaricious, cunning, and absolutely unscrupulous when it comes to protecting his wealth and interests. George Orewell's story is one of ambition, ruthlessness, and an unending pursuit of wealth, with little regard for the suffering of others.
Born into a prominent noble dwarf family, George Orewell inherited a vast mining operation deep within the Blackstone Mountains. This mine produced precious gemstones, rare metals, and valuable ores that were essential to the city's prosperity. While his family once maintained a sense of duty to the dwarven community and the workers in their mines, George Orewell's insatiable greed led him to change that legacy.
With a relentless focus on profit, he ruthlessly exploited both his workers and the resources of Blackstone. He reduced wages, increased working hours, and provided minimal safety measures, leading to injuries and even deaths among the miners. George Orewell's fortune swelled as he sold the precious materials at high prices, hoarding wealth that could have greatly benefited the entire city.
As a noble, he maintained a facade of wealth and sophistication, attending opulent banquets and charity events to keep up appearances. However, these were mere distractions to divert attention from his immoral practices. George Orewell was notorious for swindling other merchants, orchestrating hostile takeovers, and manipulating markets to further his financial interests.
In the shadowed alleys of Blackstone, rumors spread about the merchant lord's dark dealings, with many speaking of bribes, blackmail, and an underground network of spies and thugs under his employ. His wealth, power, and connections allowed him to evade any legal consequences.
6/3/1:
Vyn, Aurthum and Zephyr see a bunch of protesters yelling "no ore, no more" . They speak to the people and see that they want higher wages of this mine which is owned by a mine tycoon named George Orewell. They go and neogtiate to George. George at first does not care until he hears that Aurthum is an assosciate with Nundro. They sucessfully negotiate for the dwarves and get what they want. George invites Aurthum and them to stay and rest.

George Orewell updates his company policies and gets ready to welcome a whole lots of imports coming in from Caer Calidyr from Nundros end.
6/13/1:
George Orewell prepares to continue northward to speak to el capo of Olafstaad to talk and discuss the particulars on their deal. Nundro wants to funnel illegal magic goods from phandalin to Leilion to Caer Calidyr, "clean" it through Blackstones company george orewell, then distribute it around to the underground of Alaron and Olafstaad in particular.

George Orewell mine start to dry up he is desperatly looking for a way to take up mining contracts elsewere

While looking for a mine he finds a source of magic, he knows magic mining is really risky but he wont tell his employees this, he assigns people to work and hopes that nothing bad happens.
7/14/1:
The Mine explodes. Multiple miner deaths, huge protests will ensue, this damage can potentially ruin Orewll Mining Corp. George Orewell prepares a public statement to make, he sends word to Nundro to ask for advice.
7/25/1:
The explosion source was found to be caused by a Nothic which was holding up within the mine, George sets up an adventure quest in the Websters Guild.
