Marvin Jarl
A pixie that used to live in the Moonshaes, He is one of the scouts for the group of pixies in the moonshae, he was tasked by Jext to find a town and start to find people to enchant, as he is trying to stop living the life of poached pixies and the only way to do this is to live in an area where humans and other creatures will care about them and the only way to do this is by enchanting them. Marvin can use his dust to enchant a creature through prolonged exposure. Marvin can essentially control these creatures at will as long as he desires. The creature can only get dispelled through magic.
5/8/1:
Marvin finds a place in the mainland called Phandalin he enters the first home in the town which seems to be an inn there he talks to the innkeeper who has never seen a sprite and is impressed he likes the sprite. Marvin tells toblin he can chill with him. Toblin agrees. Marvin will slowly sprinkle dust all over to expose more and more people from the inn and the innkeeper.
6/30/1:
The daughter of the innkeeper gets wings, Marvin believes she did not take the pixie dust well he fears that if she transforms into a pixie he will get killed by the innkeeper, the inkeeper asks Marvin, and Marvin blames the elmeental attack that attacked her all the time ago, this fuels the case against Nundro.
7/27/1:
Marvin finds out the rest of his sprite tribe has been captured he sends a request to get his tribe saved
